Game suspension
So someone hacked my account and got me suspension on csgo on my account.. can steam remove it?

I wasn't using my account when I received a VAC ban. Can it be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

Why blame others for your inability to properly secure your account?
Accounts are not hacked, they are hijacked. Usually through phsing, which requires a user to enter their login credentials on a fake website.

Avoid using (logging in) third-party sites and things like this won't happen.
