Error code 53, tried everything

When I try to play COD Black Ops I got this error "Steam servers are currently busy, we cant handle your request, error code 53".
I tried clearing cache, changing download server for few others, disabling my commodo AV and Firewall services, nothing helps, yet other games are working fine somehow.

So I would like to know, what libraries like dotnet or vc and others steam is currently using? I think I might have some bug there, cant think of any other solutions.

Im on Win 10.0.18362.295 x64, Athlon 200GE, 8gb ram, but none of that should really matter I guess its some software issue, I was running this game perfectly fine few months ago.

code 53 is again a disk issue where steam cant write to your disk

99.99% this is your antivirus. Yes you 'disbaled' it. but comodo has a huerisitcs component that most people dont disable that causes problems as well

Holy crap, it worked when I fully uninstalled comodo stuff. Didnt worked when I just disabled service via msconf.

Is there anygood AV to work with steam without troubles?

Depends. Even I can write a simple reverse shell in C/++ based on libssh that wont alert windows defender at all and its just a basic example, but AV or FW will prompt you to ask for permissions or sandbox rights, its lot safer that way. Win$hit by default does many stuff in bg without asking you about anything, its simply unsafe by design.

Defender+Malwarebytes free. Or Malwarebytes premium with defender off.
