99.99% this is your antivirus. Yes you 'disbaled' it. but comodo has a huerisitcs component that most people dont disable that causes problems as well
Is there anygood AV to work with steam without troubles?
Depends. Even I can write a simple reverse shell in C/++ based on libssh that wont alert windows defender at all and its just a basic example, but AV or FW will prompt you to ask for permissions or sandbox rights, its lot safer that way. Win$hit by default does many stuff in bg without asking you about anything, its simply unsafe by design.
