Bought steam funds but not adding up to 5$

so i live in the uae and the currency is different so when i bought the minimum funds(which is 5$) and thought my account would not be restricted anymore but when i checked it says i only spent 4.90$ pls help

It appears the minimum amount in your currency equals $4,90, not $5.

Should have used this to begin with to add more than the minimum in your currency so it would be = or > than $5 USD...
