Valve employee or scammer?

So right now some guy said that he mistakenly reported me for "duped" items, (which is false) then he said "dude accept this guy's friend request, or else you're getting banned" that guy is Jonard or whatever that texts weirdly, he claimed to be a valve employee and said that I needed to trade with him my "duped" items for verification. He keeps talking with real good grammar and says stuff like comply or permanent ban. So I didn't trade with him because 1. My items are untradeable, 2. He doesn't prove that he's a steam employee, 3. I don't think Valve employees would do such thing and use weird text. But then he showed a video of his private profile showing that he is a valve employee, now i'm scared cause he "proved" that he is a valve employee, he showed his badge, his "checker" badge and something of professional checker, and said "your account is getting terminated" with a video showing him reporting me permanently. Can someone tell me if it's really valve? Oh and by the way, he asked for my phone number, which I don't have in the account. It may seem obvious that it's fake, but i'm still not 100% sure...

block user, report them, move on

100% a scam. Search 'duped items' or 'duplicated items' on the forums and you'll find 100's if not 1000's of threads on the topic. Nothing to worry about. Report and Block.

Ok thanks, He did give me links to steam trades, but it was real steam links so I guess I'm safe. Thanks again, I've never gotten something like this before so, I didnt' know.

also if you look at the bottom there is a profile pic so that would be that guys account because i went to my friends profile pic and my profile was next to comments so i think it's a scam
