A badge "100+ games" has disappeared.

I had "100+ games" badge when I have bought 100+ games, but now there is no that badge and I have 50+. What's problem? Because there are 106 games in my library. How can I return it back?!

Yes, only 1 game, but it was after the problem

You might own games from publishers that have been taken down from store fro various reasons. those games do not count against your total anymore and if that total falls below the 100, the badge dissappears until you have 100 games again.

Cheapest games: Barro, TAL: Arctic, TAL: Arctic 3 and WIN THE GAME: WTF.
Only Barro gave me +1. Other games are already sent to give my money back

They don't count

Those games that you bought have "Profile Features Limited"

This game is not currently eligible to appear in certain showcases on your Steam Profile, and does not contribute to global Achievement or game collector counts.

Additionally, if developer breaks Terms Of Service, they get banned from Steam and all their games get taken down from Steam.
Those games stop counting towards Game Collector badge.
So even if you had 100+ games badge, when some games you had got removed, your number of owned games decreased below 100 and you lost 100+ owned games badge.
