Your laptop is not capable to run this game. The CPU is not fast enough and the missing dedicated videocard is not helping either.
Get a new PC.

No GPU and a very old CPU... No. Since you have played the game for 220+ hours, yet I see your screenshots seems like 800x600 with very low settings.

Get RX 580 with Ryzen 5 2600 build or higher, especially a new PC.
