about the registration of steam account

i am a steam user in mainland China,I recently want to register a new steam account,but due to some pooblems caused by human-computer verification can not be displayed,so i can not register,request some god to help solve the problem.Thank.[我是一名来自中国大陆的STEAM用户，我最近想注册一个小号，但是因为人机注册无法显示所以我无法注册成功，希望有大神帮忙解决一下，谢谢。]
