For any BIOS configure tips I would be thankful...

If you dont know 100% what you do - dont emss around with the bios. Despite overclockign there is nothing to really optimize.

However your CPu could need a serios upgrade which would require a new Motherboard and RAm aswell.
Moving to a SSD will make your system overall more responsive and might be the cheapest upgrade.

Dual channel RAM will not give you such a boost on the hardwar you sue. Frankly buying more DDR3 is waste of money.
