Can i play a region locked game for EUROPE in the uk?

so i was going too buy a RUST but its region locked on the EUROPE but i didnt know if i could still use it in the UK after the UK has left EUROPE?

After 3 months, the restriction goes away.

UK is in Europe. You are not blocked from playing the game.

Its Europe as in "physical location/IP" not as in "member of the EU".
If you are in Great Britain then Europe restricted Steam games will activate and play fine.
