You could try to wing it, and hope they use the same format by renaming it the same as the safe file name in your PC version, first move the save to somewhere else, like make a new folder, call it old save, put your PC save into that folder, now place your ps Vita save where they need to be in the spot the save will be, and rename it as the save you had, launch game, and see what happens, if not able to load, then you need to figure out how to convert the save so the game can read it.
I suggest asking in the game forum, and see if anyone ever try doing what you wanted to do.
Another option would be to use cheat engine, cheat your self to where you left off, and set everything the same as your ps Vita save, then you can save, close game, and remove cheat engine, but that's up to you if you want to put but of work there.
