I cant enable The GeForce Experience Overlay.

When i want to enable the Overlay it loads for a few sec and then it says: "Try to restart your System". I googled the issue and tryed some of the solutions but nothing worked.
I was able to use the Overlay some time ago. I dont know for how long it was disabled but i found the issue yesterday.
