I mean, if it's YOUR money, you have 100% right to use it. Obviously if you're using it for less-than-family-friendly things on steam lol that's entirely on you ;)
if they ask about the purchase, just tell them what you bought. if you dont want them knowing what you are doing, either buy steam wallet cards at a store or get your own credit card. until you have an established credit history, it may not to be easy to get one.
first time I applied for a card, they said no because I had no history.
right... not hard to explain. stop buying games that you don't need then and focus on just building your credit so you can finally move on to your very own accounts and not worry about notifications and such.

You could try lying about what you purchased, but when she checks the transaction history it will show the money went to Valve Inc (or whatever the official company name is), and a simple search on her part will quickly indicate that you bought a game.
