Steam on Nvidia Shield TV Geforce NOW - Cannot login because cannot switch keyboard language

Pre-condition:
- Running Steam Big Picture on a Nvidia Shield TV via Geforce NOW service
- Having Russian language in Nvidia Shield TV and Steam
- Having a password consisting from A-Z and 1-9

Actual:
Cannot log in because the keyboard shows only cyrillic characters.
Cannot switch keyboard language localization layout to type my password.
Cannot play my Steam games on Nvidia Shield TV because I cannot log in

Nvidia's Shield doesn't play nice with Steam games. This is a known thing already, your specifics might change but this is a known thing.
