Can you use the same credit card to purchase games etc from multiple Steam accounts ?

As far as I know there should be no issue with that.
Credit and debit cards are only used for identification in the event of proving ownership of the account. In this case it is enough that you can accurately identify the card used on the account. Not that it is the only account that it is used on.
