What happens when you click the game in your library?
Was this during the free to play weekend, or family sharing before you bought it that you were playing it. Try restarting the client, and see if still give error.
When did you buy this? Did you check the purchase history, and click on the receipt for the game, to see the status of the game?
Have you contacted support yet? If so I suggest contacting support if something wrong.
I Didnt play in a free week neither used family share.

^^^ if that does not fix it ... open a support ticket (at the same link as above ... but "my issue is not listed" instead) and ask for explanations.
