Steam is asking me to purchase a game i already paid for

I bought dirt rally played a few hours and then it didnt let me play again.
FAQ says it can be a an error in the payment but i paid with money i already had in my steam wallet.
PD: I didnt even get the money back

What happens when you click the game in your library?

Check your purchase history. If theres anything away with the payment, it'll be listed there.

What you mean didn't get money back? Are you saying you done a refund request, or just reading what you see online?

Was this during the free to play weekend, or family sharing before you bought it that you were playing it. Try restarting the client, and see if still give error.

When did you buy this? Did you check the purchase history, and click on the receipt for the game, to see the status of the game?

Have you contacted support yet? If so I suggest contacting support if something wrong.

I bought the game yesterday I didnt request a refound. I payed 75 ars aprox it was in sale. I already restarted the client andcontacted support.
I Didnt play in a free week neither used family share.

... search for Dirt Rally and continue by clicking "it's not in my gameslist" ?

^^^ if that does not fix it ... open a support ticket (at the same link as above ... but "my issue is not listed" instead) and ask for explanations.
