Are Steam skins still supported?
I see the drop-down list under the Interface tab, but I don't see any help topics after 2017. The ".stskin" file extension no longer seems to be working for recent updates.

Skins are still supported for now. It just doesn't work on the chat UI and will probably not work when the library update happens.

I have the .stskin file extensions in the Program Files (x86)/Steam/skins directory, but they won't show in the Interface list. Nor in the Customizer app provided on the web page, although the names do.
