How do I create a joinlobby link?

Heya. Playing some Remnant: From the Ashes.

Ppl on Discord post these links that look like this in lfg...

steam://joinlobby/617xxx/109775241005993xxx/7656119841xxx8493
lfg for the risen, hard.

The directions are...

To get the lobby link

Step 1. Be in public game session
Step 2. Bring up Steam overlay
Step 3. Go to your profile
Step 4. Right click your "Join Game" button and hit "Copy link address".
Step 5. Paste link here so anyone can join

Step 4 isn't working for me. A menu comes up, but there's no "copy link address" option or anything similar.

I did try restarting Steam, the game, & my PC.
And I made absolutely double super sure my game session is PUBLIC.

Any other way to get that link?

Anything else I could check or troubleshoot?

Bring Up STEAM Overlay? Is that the Desktop Overlay or the Big Picture Mode Overlay?

Desktop, correct? No?

The instructions don't specify, but pretty sure they meant desktop, not Big Picture.
