Csgo d3dx9_43.dll bad image error solved

or
Download 32bit file https://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_43.dll.html

and place it in C:\Windows\SysWOW64
in SysWOW64 folder and replace the other one and fixed!
In my case it solved problem.
