Continuous error messages on support
I've been getting these error messages throughout the entire support section and I have to navigate on it reloading the site on every step I go into. This issue interferes when I try to get a refund for a game I can't play.

What specific error are you seeing? How are you seeing them? A popup or the page not redirecting properly, does it have a number code? Please be *specific*. No one can help if you just say "what do!"

Sure. I had to look for an english translation.
"An error occurred trying to handle that request. please give us a few minutes and try again."

Google says it has to do with authentication, yet I never had any problems with it. Steam Guard works fine every time I need it.

Then let it wait a few minutes. It's possible that the system is having trouble.

This has been going on for days.
Then it may be your internet provider.
The problem is too mechanical and predictable to be a connection error. However, I could finally ask for the refund on the iPhone Steam app. You might have a point. Thanks.

Yeah if you have the option to use another type of connection, I'd say try that. If the problem persists, it's on Steam's end, and I don't really know what to tell you there.
