From there choose "No limit"
As I explained in the post: " Download limit is off."
From time to time I search if there's a fix for it but never find a solution. I've tried many things but nothing works to increase the limitation
That kind of worked, I'm now at 3.0 MB/s
You won't always get the maximum rate and sometimes your CPU or disk is the bottle-neck.
Steam downloads are heavily compressed, unlike other gaming clients like Uplay which just hands you the files as it is.
Most CPU's cannot keep up with the file-checking.
3 MB/s is ridiculously slow for a CPU or HDD
That's your current download rate not how hard the disk or cpu is working.
so then the problem is not my HDD or CPU as the other comment said...
