What exactly are the "OS type"s in log ?

when u go there in middle it says "OS type".
Please tell me, what exactly do the codes mean?

For example this one i especially wanna know the first one "-700"

I know that -1 is browser on Windows, and 10 is steam client on windows and -400 likely steam app on iOS but the other ones Im trying to find out, if you know what exactly they are comment below.
Its stupid that it doesnt just say normally what device/OS/useragent etc. or atleast have a support article where it says what each code stands for.

Also if you know why steam doesnt show IP adresses that they obviously save when they are required to show all info they have on u by eu law, leave a comment because it would be helpful for me to see them.

-1 means the website

-16 is Windows 10

-192 is actually Linux where the major kernel version is 4 (but the minor version is unknown) rather than Ubuntu.

-203 is Linux where the kernel version is unknown.

-400 is your mobile phone.

-700 I think... is other.

-88 I think... is Mac.

I can't say what SteamOS is. No one I know uses it.
