It's a title of a game. It was released here years ago by Codemasters. Not only it is not in the store (hardly shocking) but it is not even in my account.

Yeah, you can still get it at the Windows Store if you want

It shouldn't be removed from your account. Do you see it at all in your purchase or activation history, from when you originally got it?

The game itself was removed from Steam

I still have Fuel on my account, Are you sure you are on the correct steam account? Or did you ever hide it away at some point?

Make sure you're viewing your full library including uninstalled games, first... But yeah I strongly suspect you're just looking at the wrong account. A LOT of people make the mistake of believing they only have one account, turns out "oh yeah there was that time I..." so... just check first. But yeah it isn't available any more because GFWL closed.

Why do people claim GfWL is closed, when that never happened? GfWL is still alive, in a catatonic comatose way, but still twitching.
Still working.
The only thing that got closed was the GfWL Marketplace.
You can still play GfWL games, you can still log into GfWL, just no longer buy games and DLC for GfWL titles unless they sell them externally.
