Games not working correctly after new ISP

So I have recently got internet service to my house. Yeah I know I was basically a cave man. But anyway before I got the service installed I would use the hotspot on my phone for gaming and I never had an issue. I would download games at a different location.

Now that I have the internet in my house I have updated all of my drivers and programs and games, I get constant crashes and frame rate drops out of KSP, crazy packet loss out of online games like world of warships, war thunder and such and super bad lag on cities skylines. The issues I have on the online games Im pretty sure are from the signal itself and Im going to try and solve it with a cabled connection but the offline lag and crashing issues I dont understand one bit.

Any help at all would be welcome

Your problem is with your internet uplink, not with the games.

Completely ignore the "ports required for Steam" section; that's rubbish. Until your internet works, you don't even WANT to start setting up your own game servers -- which means you don't need to forward anything.
