Had same problem yesterday, 've read it was a paypal issue... Retried this morning: worked as fast as usual

Go to support, then purchases and click on the pending purchase. Cancel it, then click on the Repurchase link that is visible. That one should work.

Nope, cancel is not taken into account either

That exact process worked for me earlier today.
