Gamivo key
I got a slay the spire cd key from gimivo, when entered the key it came up saying a duplicate key, i contacted gamivo who asked for the normal proof they ask for with screenshots, after sending all the relevent screenshots. They are now asking for me.....

Please be informed that the merchant has requested to provide him with the Date of Activation for this game code provided by Steam's Customer Support Service.

In order to inquire about this issue, please follow this link: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithWalletCode and ask for the date of activation for the received code.

Please send us a screenshot of Steam's reply having in mind that the key in question should be visible as mentioned.

if i never activated the game myself how will i get this information?

They're screwing you over. Issue a chargeback, let them eat the fruits of their failure. Its not your problem they screw you over, so why should you suffer?

Yea this had been going on since last friday, i sent them all the screenshots the originally wanted now there asking for something i dont think i can obtain. Learn from your mistakes i guess i wont use them again.

Judging from the past posts that I've read on the forums about people complaining about Gamivo, it seems like they have a horrible reputation of giving duplicate keys. When you receive one and you contact support about it, they would ask you for the date of the activation which is information that you physically cannot get hence why they're asking you. They're only delaying and stalling you as long as you can before the chargeback/refund period is over so they get to run away with your money.

It's BS. Steam support will never provide you the date of the activation for the code for obvious reasons.

So you opened up a dispute with Paypal and Paypal sided with Gamivo and denied you?
