Hello. If i remove the game from my steam acc and buy it again ,link the steam to other social club account, can i play the game using other social club account on the same steam account?

No. You can not dodge a ban that way. Buying a new copy will still give you the same product key which is still linked to your current Rockstar Social Club Account.

You can not. The Steam account is linked to that single RSC account.
You'd need a new product key, which you will only get with a new account to register the game on a new RSC account.
As i said, you can not dodge bans that way.

unlink does not mean unban. if the rockstar account is banned, it will not matter if you make a new steam account and connect them. Rockstar is not that stupid
