Save file keeps returning after I delete it.

Cloud is not enabled.

When I first played the game Code Vein, I did have cloud enabled and deleted my game save but every time I restart the game, it reappears. I also tried deleting it from my appdata/local saved game folder and it still keeps returning. Tried deleting the file with cloud on then turning it off, vice versa, and cannot get this save to stay deleted. Any help on how to get rid of this save?

Remote is restoring it., Put cloud back on.
Load your game start play then pause it.
Alt Tab down then delete save from save folder.
Return to game then exit game.
Cloud will now sync whatever saves is in that saves folder.
Then once its finished resyncing new saves you disable it if you want.
Just delete teh saves while ingame and game paused.
