I try`d to buy the whole day to get my friend Destiny 2 shadowkeeper. i got the money on my steam wallet as always it pops up an error

Same I use Master Card from payoneer and I can't buy anything on Steam. I've contacted support and waiting for a response.

So after contacting support my restriction got removed and can buy now the gift finally. Thanks alot for the help.

Same I use Master Card from payoneer and I can't buy anything on Steam. I've contacted support and waiting for a response.

I try to buy with a MasterCard (Payoneer) and it can't be done. The response of the support area was that the card is registered in Great Britain, and I am from Argentina, so they do not accept that this does not match. A big loss of profits for Steam, a shame. I use payoneer card to buy even vegetables in my neighborhood, and Steam (year 2019) does not accept international mastercard. Indignant.

What if I want to purchase in a currency or region other than what is shown?

Your store country must be set to the country where you currently reside and you must have a local payment method you can use to make purchases.
