Steam's date format
My account was stolen few days ago, and whoever stole it turned off my Steam Guard, so I had to reset my password and re-enable my Steam Guard.
It says that I can't use Steam Market until "10/12/2019, 10:24:08 AM." does that mean 12 Oct or 10 Dec? I'm really confused is that dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy?
