how to remove the hold
I have recently live in a new country, forgetting to change my store address, and directly use my new credit card to purchase, causing a market hold. And the problem is that the card doesn't seem to accept the validification from Stea, don't know why. Is there any means I can remove the hold (btw, I have already cancel the transaction), and change the store address first?

Nothing will remove the hold other than verifying the card.

Cancel the transaction? How?

If you can't verify your card for whatever reason you just need to wait 3 days.

and after three days, the hold will automatically remove and the request for verifying will also be removed right as long as I don't use that card for purchasing again right?

BTW, for master card, do we need to input the check account number instead of the master card number at the font of the card?

The 3 days is the verification if you can not manually verify it.

So, add the money and wait.

Card number on the front of the card.

if after three days, will the transaction be canceled? I have already hit the button for canceling the transaction, so I am a bit worried about whether it might not add the money to my steam wallet and still cost my money

If you cancelled the transaction, you have to make a new transaction. And wait.

Was the transaction pending and you cancelled it? On Steam or with your bank?

i cancel it on steam, and the online banking of my card doesn't seem to have the transaction, I am not sure whether it is cancelled or not for my card

Besides, for the verfiying process, how will it be verified, would it be as soon as several minutes, or does it need to take several days? And in what way will it be verified, the problem is that I cal the bank and basically the bank states that steam is trying to verify my account first and then allow my transaction. So what should I do in the next time if I am to add this card again, should I change my store address before I do further action? Is it because of the address of the store causing the verifying process to fail

It's the bank or at least the way it's handling the transactions.
