So my acoount is under attack(starting around 9/22-23) from a chinese ip address...

I have changed my accounts password, my email password, etc...
Have the mobile app VAC stuff for the verification codes, obviously email....

Can Somone from support help me out, im gettting chinese emails daily from steam with verification codes i am not asking for / nor requesting.
Again i have all my security measures in check and passwords changed etc....
But this i crazy im getting attacked multiple imes a day(3 or so since the start date)

Anyone from valve/steam support i appreciate the help in advance.

No I can't even read the name or anything....just the verification code and steam......it's all in Chinese....as well as the up address (out of China) when steam first emailed me about an attempt for login on my account from an up outside my area

And no they have not gained access like I said I changed password on steam and email changed. Im using mobile verification and verified my number and codes again yesterday so it was all up to date etc....

And no viruses/malware I run constant scans....

If the name in the email is chinese, it is not your login name. (If you do not have to type in chinese at login)

If it's not your username in the email it isn't an official Steam email. Official emails will address you using your username. As they are fake they're likely phishing emails. Check the address of them and if they are phishing they won't have correct addresses. Block them.

You've taken all precautions. Just have those emails filtered into your spam folder or deleted before you even see them. I don't know what email service you have.

While end user email clients will automatically fill the from header of email messages with your own address when you send them, the from header can contain anything. The from name guarantees nothing, never trust that an email "from" some address was actually sent from that mailbox.
