how to disable steam guard without phone
my phone was broken, and I have the mobile authenticator. is there a way to disable it?

^ Follow the steps OP, because clearly you didn't write down your recovery code when you were supposed to, to help avoid contacting support, and the waiting process.

You need the phone number (working) or recovery code or backup codes.
