Steam files.

I was looking at the files of the pc and I go into the folder "roaming" inside it I find a folder called Smartsteamemu wanted to know if it is a file that own steam creates or is an unsafe file that can generate me vac. Also inside the steam folder I went into games and I saw some games.exe files from games that I do not have and half life .dll files is this normal or could it cause me some problem? (in the .exe files I tried to run but simply nothing happened). Another thing I always check is an integrity of the files of csgo 1, so it's low and when I start the cs go a steam mason permission I click on yes and start installing the direct x (I'm trying to uninstall and install the cs continues like this ) Sorry for my bad english .

Erm dude, this Smart Steam Menu seems to be rather related to piracy. While having the folder there won't cause any problems per se, the fact that you have this program makes you look like a Steam games pirate. Which you hopefully aren't.

thanks man i go delete this folder

And delete Smart Steam menu as well.
