HOW TO BYPASS SOPHOS FIREWALL OF COLLEGE

Hi!

I am new to steam and this is my 1st post so if I have created a duplicate post then I am sorry.

I don't have broadband connection in my home to download steam games which I have purchased. My college has 100 Mbps unlimited Internet connection per lab but they are protected by Sophos firewall which creates filter for web searching and accessing and also I can't connect or to download any game from steam. Also I can't even open steam site in any browser.
I tried Psiphon 3 but it gives very low speed about 300 KB/s which is not sufficient for me to download huge sized games. I tried some VPNs but some of them get connected but after that internet access stops and others don't work for PCs.

Also every PC in college is password protected and I can't get administrator access.

I got Psiphon and ProtonVPN to work for WiFi using laptop but they don't work for PCs connected to labs and libraries.

I just want to get rid of that firewall and to download steam games.
