I can't use my card due to different country issue.
I searched for solution and did what I was told. Change country setting to where I currently live: Korea. My card still doesn't work. I changed address to Korean address. My current situation doesn't allow me to get new US card, so I have to stick to Korean debit card. Do I have to write address in English?

Well, if you have a US credit card, then there's a US address attached to it and you have to use the very same address for your purchase. Everything else is a telltale sign of a credit card scam and Valve (like any other serious company) don't allow that.

So does that mean I can't buy games unless I get new US card? I can't do that because I am not in US, and phone activation to get new card sucks. I couldn't hear guy's question properly over the phone, and I don't remember all the answers for security questions.

If you are not in the US, you cannot pay in US dollars. You are only allowed to use the store for the country you currently live in.

Wait, new US card? What's wrong with your current US card?

To buy Steam games (or anything else online), you have to have the proper address.

And get your facts straight! Before, you talked about having a US card. Now you don't have a US card? What are you talking about?

If you currently live in Korea, then use a Korean credit/debit card with your correct Korean address.

Sorry that I didn't make myself clear. The thing is complicated, but before getting new card as replacement, I had to come to my country. So I had to send the new card to my relative. But she lost it while I was here. So I deactivate the card just in case.

I tried. But it doesn't work. I tried using both Korean and English just in case. It sucks that English has different method of using address. Generally, even with that, I manage to make Korean address work, but not here.

Currently, South Korea. I can't go back to the US for a reason.

Then you're best off getting a South Korean CC and use that, including your South Korean address.

Find a store that sells wallet cards in S. Korea.
