Steam declines from adding payment method to my account when it always worked before, and it worked 5 minutes ago when I tested it by signing up to Amazon trial.

Has it worked before? Have you ensured all the information is definitely correct? Have you asked your bank regardless?

Or did you just ask them if there are any issues with the card itself?
