Try uninstalling Steam and see if that works. If that doesn't work try locating the game files by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\
then delete the folder for the game you can't uninstall. If it shows up uninstalled in Steam. It worked successfully.
Love to hear from you if it worked!
Sincerely,
Yetaqy
Uninstalling steam is something i'm trying to do last since i don't really want to reinstall so many games i have but i can't delete the folder itself, heck i can't even open the folder because of a "data error (cyclic redundancy check)". I have looked at other sites and people say delete the one file but for me the whole tekken 7 folder is the problem. Also that data error i get, tekken 7 is the only game on that hard drive that happens to.
You can try optimizing your drive where the games are on by going to This PC > Right click on the drive the files are on > Click tools > Click optimize > Select the drive again > Click optimize
Note: This can take up to 2 hours. You can't play any games in the proces, watching videos is no problem.
Please tell me if it worked!
Best regards,
Yetaqy
