New CPU/BIOS Help
I am upgrading from a Intel Pentium 4400 (something along those lines) to a i5-7500. Do I need to do a BIOS update? I have tried different things to get the CPU to work but nothing has worked.

Not all of them may be supported due to motherboard limitations, such as maximum TDP limit, chipset type and BIOS version. For that reason please always make sure that the CPU is compatible with your motherboard before buying the CPU.
Find out what motherboard you have.
