New to PC gaming. Any tips?

I've always been a console gamer but I've always known PC gaming is superior. I got a decent gaming PC for christmas and I'm trying to adjust to keyboard and mouse. I used to always type stories for school, so getting used to keyboard controls wasn't all that difficult. I'm just having a hard time adjusting to a mouse. I'm not nearly as reactive. On PS4, I was great at something that's really fast paced like Hotline Miami, but on PC my brain and my hand just don't coordinate. I react in time, I'm just not accurate with a mouse. It's the same with CS:GO. I react in time, just not accurately. I've been mostly playing ArmA 3, which I like because I don't have to have great reflexes and perfect muscle memory, I can just take my time and aim. I know that's not necessarily good, because it'll take longer for me to be super precise. Any suggestions on games I can play or things I can do to be more accurate with a mouse?

First off, disable mouse acceleration in windows. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1953585/completely-turn-mouse-acceleration-windows.html
Do that always on any PC that's newly installed. Some games can disable it but it's better to have it off for windows.

Try to reduce input latency in the game, certain games like doom and overwatch has built in things that can measure it but start with disabling V-sync if it's on and notice how more responsive the aiming gets.
