Can I somehow contact steam support?
Rather than just clicking some stupid solutions? Because I cannot add a new credic card and buy anything. I'm annoyed it's been like hour now. The message is telling me to wait a bit or contact support and like, i can't even do that?!

What solutions did it present to you?
The support site will let you contact them if you click the appropriate things.
Example: Purchases (click the purchase attempt)

Steam is working a bit slow on trading, maybe store is having issues as well: https://steamstat.us

Well I clicked everything similar to my problem and didn't find anything, nor did the contact showed.

Try to click Purchases>(your purchase)> and see what your options are there. Did you do this before?

If you try that now and it doesn't work then please share the options you got and why they didn't work.

Yes I did. In short the options didn't work, because they were pointless.
I clicked the 'I can't make the purchase' option (or something like that I'm using polish ver) and then 'game or another software' and after that was only one option 'I got problem with the bought serial number', so not what I was looking for. And the rest options were like that.

You didn't click your purchase?
GO here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase (this should be in english)
Ignore the first four buttons.
Under them are a list of your purchases and purchase attempts right?
Click the one you tried to purchase.

Now, here is where you want to be, bookmark it if you're on your browser.
What are your options here? There should be at least one that lets you ask about issues with that thing or it should tell you what the issue is.

Yea I clicked this. The problem is- this isn't even on the list of purchases, so I cant click it to see the issues.

Are you in the client? Or are you in your browser logged out?
Try doing it in the client.

In browser logged it and in client is the same. there are just my old transactions.
I think that I will just wait a couple of days. After all, the sales are gone now, so I don't have the need of buying right now.

I'm not the first in the table to make my 470 defeat 480 victory ... and about 190 unsuccessful...so I did not do anything I did if I scored 1000 times a couple of times I scored a goal
