RPG Maker MV disk write error mysteriously fixed?
Hello to all the people who want to help me in this situation. I basically tried to install the RPG Maker MV software from Steam, but it stopped downloading. The problem was said to be a "disk write error".

I basically tried every step in the "Update & Installation Issues article". I tried restarting my computer, I tried clearing the download cache, I tried repairing the library folder, and I tried reinstalling Steam. Except for the one where you move to a new folder in your steam files because it is kind of risky considering that it is composed of folders that looks very technical when I tried to check it in my computer's files and Steam settings. I also do not know about making a new download region (like for example is US - New York) for me to download the software. What does that mean? Other things that I didn't try are the ones from the "Advanced Troubleshooting" part because as the page says, I need to have a tech professional with me to do these. Plus, this is technical issue in Steam. Professionals do not often fix third party applications for reasons that they are not an expert in those applications.

After the software failed to install, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I didn't even try to verify the software's local files. Then after I tried to install it again, IT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND I WAS ABLE TO RUN IT WELL YET I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. Why is this? The only time the software failed to install was when I rebooted my computer. That is the only thing I did before the product failed to install. I scanned my local disk [Windows (C:)], BUT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. THIS MEANS THAT IT COULD BE FROM THE STEAM FILES ITSELF. The first time the software failed to install was when I downloaded the files in a folder in the desktop, then I uninstalled Steam and all the things I downloaded from it. The second time I installed the Steam application and the things I downloaded from it was in the local disk [Windows (C:)]. Both resulted in the software not being able to continue to download. I know that the product installed properly, but I still want to know why this is the case. I still want to know why this is the case because it could present me future problems that I do not know now. I want to know why it is somehow MYSTERIOUSLY "fixed". I want to know why it is MYSTERIOUSLY able to download and run properly. I think it is weird. I want to know what is going on. You cannot solve a problem by not doing anything about it.

As I say again, I scanned my local disk [Windows (C:)], BUT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM.

Please help me! I myself am not a tech expert.
By the way, I am using Windows 10.
