Wanting to receive items but not have Authenticator

Hi,

I Love digital ingame items such as skins for csgo and h1z1. I have recently found myself losing large sums of money gambling unfortunately. This has led me to remove my authenticator in hopes I will stop gambling. A few of my friends who do not have the authenticator (e.g. codes when they log in etc) but are able to receive items from other people with no trade hold. If they however are trying to send one of their items away they have to wait 15 days.

A= Authenticator active B= Not Active

Basically if person A is trading to person B 1 item for 0 items B can receive A's item immediately.

But if person B is trading to person A 1 item for 0 items A has to wait 15 days to receive the item.

I would really like this because then i could buy off the market and off opskins items to have but i could not gamble them away as easily as i can with authenticator.

A has no restrictions gifting items to others.

B has the 15 day hold "unless" you both have been Steam friends for at least 1 year, you will have a 1 day hold on items.

Yes but now that i ahve removed the authenticator i can not trade at all? I want to be person B.

Yes but now that i have removed the authenticator on my app i cannot participate in a trade at all. I want to be person B

That is what happens when you remove it.

Use steam guard with your email, because you deactivated steam guard completely, you need to use it on your email as I said then wait 15 days and you're set.
