help removing skinchanger

I used the public russian skin changer.I download it and put into USB.I inject it in csgo with usb.Now im not using it anymore cuz i got vac on my smurf acc.Now i bought new acc and didnt signed in on my PC cuz im scared of being vac banned again.Ik that skinchanger change some files in steam folder so how can i remove it from the my PC and be safe.I uninstalled csgo and steam,deleted steam folders... Idk what to do now cuz im still feeling unsafe

The only safe way is formatting the hard drive and start from a clean slate.
Anyway, buying accounts is a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and can get all your accounts permamently suspended or even terminated.
