Transferring Game Files
I played Dead Space using Origin Access and I want to buy it on Steam. Is it possible to transfer my save file from Origin Access to Steam?

It will just work, no need to transfer anything. I own Dead Space 1+2 on Steam and 1-3 on ORIGIN.
1+2 store their save games in your My Documents folder and get recognized both by the Steam and ORIGIN versions.
