Trying to send gift game to UK friend. I live in Canada
I went and bought a 50$ steam card with the intention of sending my buddy in the UK a copy of Rainbow Six Seige so we can play. It won't let me send a gift to the UK. How can I do this. STeam also has no way to directly contact them about this. I have been going around in circles trying to find a way to speak to someone at steam directly. This is not acceptable, either issue.

Games can not be gifted if the price difference is bigger than 10%.

If you redeemed it, you can't.
If you haven't redeemed it yet, just give him the code so he can redeem it.
