Is there anyway to contact steam support without automated bots
I had a problem that i bought a game to play with friends And i spend like 6 hours i didnt looked
At the time . My friends were able to refund(less than 2) by support but i didnt. I tried to refund but got copy
Paste bot that rejected the refund. I really need contact the support but without

Your request was reviews by a human and rejected. Reason should be obvious

You got a cop/paste response from a person, not a bot.

You're 3 times over the limit while your friends are within the limits.

They are not going to write a personalized response to every user. There are thousands of people trying to get a refund like yourself and the script message they provide gives more than enough information to let you know why it was declined. So you will have to accept the fact that you are outside the refund rules.

There were 221,899 refund requests in the last 24 hours. That's about 9,245 refund requests per hour, 154 per minute or about 2.6 refund requests per SECOND.
Support simply does not have the time to tailor an individual reply to everyone and still get their average response time of 49.53 minutes to 1.48 hours.

I guess you mean "The Division"? That is actually a really good game.
So what is the problem, technical issues or just not your thing.

Its good game but playing always alone in this game make it feel off

Well, depends on perspective i guess. I played that whole game solo, start to finish because i am not that big into the whole multiplayer or PvP stuff.
I had a blast with the game that way but yeah, if you prefer multiplayer and company in games it can feel a bit lonely with the instancing system they use.
