Do i get a punishment for excessive refund?

So yeah, i refunded 4 games in a row at the 25th, 26th, 31th, and now.
Because i keep changing my mind everytime, and no i didnt play it at all.
Im so scared of this.

no, i was like “this game sounds great, lemme buy it”
The next day “oh god, why did i bought this, I should’ve bought this” like that till i found what i’ve actually like.

I keep changing my mind because i dont have much money and my friend keep recommending a ton of gud games but i cant buy some of them, yeah..

When the refund email you get from Steam says something like " we noticed that you asked for a unusual amount of refunds in the last time bla bla bla"

STOP. If you keep refunding after that warning you are in danger of losing your refund rights permanently.
If you dont refund anything for a few weeks after that warning it disappears again.
