Valve KYC ?
Hi I am registering with Steamworks and i got a email from "Know Your Customer (KYC)" that they require document evidence such as my passport.

The email is from- taxclientsupport-valve@taxidentity.com

I want to check if this is normal and not a scam, thanks

This is typical as to prove you are the legal entity that you propose to be for purposes of being paid on Steam

You have to be able to prove that you're legally able to publish, and accept money for, your works. And yes, it's taxed.

I send our company's Chinese certification since the KYC is required, but they said it is INVALID TAX INFORMATION and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR TREATY BENEFITS, We have no other useful documents, How we can past the tax part?

Talk to steam's financial department. If you're in China, there will be very, very different laws that they must follow.
