Not with integrated chipset like yours, Source engine games like those will NOT run - at least not well. Also that processor is incredibly slow.
You would be able to run Half life 1 and its peers in goldsrc, but not the more modern source games.
You already established that GoldSrc engine games should run fine. And they should.
You have two hours to refund each game anyway. That's more than enough time to tweak settings and see if they're playable for you.
