How to undo a card added to my account to stop the verification stuff

i added a card that was really old that had some money on it, i cant verify it through the company since its not connected with a bank? its hard to explain. Im trying to buy something before it goes out of stock and it said i could purchase market items right now and when i went to purchase it the block of purchasing market items changed to another few days away till i can buy something. How do i undo my wallet funds and the card to completely remove the block? Its really pissing me off

Once the funds are on hold, you have to wait until they are released.

Once you trigger a restriction, you have to wait it out.

the money is officially on my account, but steam wont let me use them until i verify the card etc with the bank that i dont have. So what you're saying is that counts as the money being put on hold? It seems like this will be a never ending thing since i will never be able to verifiy it, so im assuming every time the date comes that steam says i can buy market items again its just going to change to another set date

Sorry. Posted quickly. The funds are there but a new card either needs to be verified or you have to wait out the restricion to use that money you just added on the Market.

The verification amounts don't happen unless you try to verify the card. So, don't do that. Just wait out the 5 days to use the money on the market.

Well thats the thing, i waited it out but the date is now 12/31/2017 after already waiting the first set of days out

Im also lost as to why the restriction date was changed after it had just removed the restriction about 20 minutes ago

So if the funds never become verified is it just going to keep restricting me over and over like it seems to be doing now? Since thats the only reason it gives me for the restriction. I know it states when the restriction will be lifted but it also did with the previous restriction then slapped me with another one

Just once with the card i had added. I've used it a few times in the past and never had this issue

Im so dumb, Its for the 2nd card i added just at the time of the 2nd restriction since the 1st restriction ended. Sorry for wasting your time here, somehow i managed to forget

Well actually im back, i just got the 2 pending amounts that steam sent me and when i entered them it says they're wrong and im on my last attempt

In what currency do the amounts need to be entered in and how do I get the original pre-converted amounts?

The verification authorizations are sent to your bank in the currency that is used in the Steam Store. If the bank converts these to your local currency, you must contact them to request the original amount before any fees or conversions. The phone number will be on the back of the card.
